Shiatsu with Oil

Many people enjoy a table massage with oil, this is a wonderful blend of long deep strokes and accupressure. Shiatsu is a Japanese massage, based on Tradition Chinese Medicine, meaning finger pressure. Acupressure points are used to support organ systems and relieve excess energy causing pain. Acupressure has a way of working deep while allowing the body to relax. Pressure is adjusted for each client. There is gentle movement in this massage which opens spaces for you to breathe deeper. Turn off your brain and feel yourself drift away as your body lets go of tense muscles and stress, leaving you with peace.
Hot Stone Massage

If you like heat you will love Hot Stone Massage. The rocks are heated, some are used as placement stones and some are used for massaging with oil. The sensation is of warm oil being massaged into the muscles. What could be better than feeling your body warm to the touch of the expert hands and to the ambient heat emanating from the stones?

Reflexology

Each foot has over 7,200 nerve endings that send messages along the nerve pathways to various organs and body systems when stimulated. By using acupressure massage on the foot, the whole body can be stimulated.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping involves placing plastic jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, partway into the cup. The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out the toxins that linger in your body's tissues. Ususally 3 treatments are required for detoxification. One treatment is about 30 minutes and can be added to a massage treatment.
